Staff development in creative industries, that's GOC. Thanks to our own research we're always up to date with the latest developments, techniques and organizations in creative industries. We gather and develop knowledge and translate it into products and services which range from business advices to tailor made technical courses. We help to create a healthy, strong and social innovative industry for employers, employees, social partners, the Dutch Ministry of Education and the Dutch Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment.
Besides research GOC also supports employers with their staff development. We offer courses in technique, social skills and management. We offer services in education and HRM. We certify companies for on-the-job training of students and support the coaches in the company. We do research which leads to durable policies, technical advices and innovative projects.
